Some big fat ass bird was shitting on my deck today. I never saw a bird like it before so I looked it up. Turns out it was a "yellow shafted" Northern Flicker. Check this shit out: northern flicker page

Funny thing is that there are northern flickers called "red shafted" northern flickers. hahaha

Haha. Percy, now I even link my LEGIT links with the phrase 'check this shit out'. ;P

Whoa... Lightning Bolt is ALSO chummy with a band that has 'wolf' in their name. The ever-tastefully-name 'AIDS WOLF'. hahaha I think they're from Montreal or something.

And some guy in a band called Werewolf With Robot Hands once sent me some mp3s. They're also surprisingly rad.

BUT EVERYBODY GO WATCH THAT VIDEO I POSTED!!!!!!!! GO NOW!!!!!

Here's a video clip from the DVD of my new favourite band called Lightning Bolt: Ridethesky.wmv

Their bassist has 3 strings. Their drummer has the worst drumset I've ever seen.

But together they are the best band ever. And they're apparently good friends with Black Dice as well as Pink And Brown... if anybody cares and/or knows who those bands are.

I saw a lot of prostitutes on Friday night. Probably about 7 or 8 of them. One of them looked pretty hot.

i wouldn't be talking about babies if it weren't for everyone else talking about them...
and by the way, why was that the conclusion made as to the meaning of my secret?
additionally, why is that the conclusion to a lot of things about me?
i am NOT PREGNANT! and don't intend on being so for a while yet, at least.

on another topic, ABC is showing the Nick and Jessica Variety Hour
is this a joke? it's actually pretty funny
they take advantage of Jessica's apparent dumbness
and I've already seen MR T, and the Muppets are coming up...
    so very strange
do any of you know? joke or serious?

it's a shame the "taylor" song is about a girl, not a guy...
and a girl prostitute at that...
sorry to burst your bubble, Taylor
    it's a good song though.

This is interesting, and not because I can read the German Article that describes it. Scientists at the Laser Zentrum Hannover (Hannover Laser Centre), using an fs-Laser (femtosecond laser; that is, a laser that can fire bursts of 10-15 seconds), have made the world's smallest jigsaw puzzle, from a 5mm x 5mm piece of paper:

Not just useful for the most frustrating jigsaw puzzles of all time, this experiment shows that lasers can cut the smallest and most delicate objects without damage or burning, making it helpful in more, uh, useful endeavours (like the world's smallest game of 52 pickup).
