Sword Blade Heaven Universe
Always interested in the Wuxia and later Xianxia setting in writing and other forms of content.
This is basically my take on it.
A futuristic Wuxia setting, set in an unknown time in the future in a small cluster of five inhabitable planets.
The story is inspired by my dad's journey from Malaysia to Canada.
Kim
The main character based on my dad, similar no nonsense temperament but with the uncertainty of youth.
Kim big picture is the avatar of "The Great Sage" a legendary hero in the star system. Every 100 years the Sage must go into a state of hibernation for 3 years and in this time many societies, individuals, gangs, cults and who know what will take advantage of this situation.
To still insure that the systems will be safe the Sage will spawn an avatar to watch over the systems while he is hibernating. Kim is his newest avatar.
Thru his Journey Kim will train his martial arts to better control and wield his chi as well the legendary "Gold Dragon Blade".
Of course no journey is complete without a small party of companion and Kim will meet and befriend many. Some only know him as Kim but some are aware of his near mystical origins.

Trigger warning: Infertility issues, miscarriage
UMD Seraphim Universe
I didn't understand the term "angry at god" until me and my wife's first miscarriage, I was angry at the world, angry at myself, angry at existence. This is were this coping mechanism/ revenge fantasy thing came from. Looking back it was very cathartic imagining this monster of rage tearing into hordes of enemies.
"I am Seraphim Jian the sword of humanity!"
-Seraphim Jian
This universe is if Doom, Investiture Of The Gods and and a death metal album had a baby.
Concept:
Humanity is being pushed to the brink of extinction by swarms of alien "bugs". The once mighty galaxy spanning federation of planets is now a bare handful of systems besieged on all sides. Many allied alien species are now gone and humanity is alone. Scrounging up everything they can humanity fights back in desperation. Thus the Seraphim project is born: humans forced to become Avatars of humanity's gods who have returned in these dire times.
The story follows Seraphim Jian a Avatar of the Xian god Nezha. It begins with his start as a newly promoted Seraphim with barely any control of his power to his eventual ascension to the lord of fire.
UMD= Unit of MegaDeath
Clad in the best power armor humanity can produce, Seraphim are the master of battle and can wipe out armies by themselves.
Weapons:
SPAS-444 (Triple death)
-Seraphim Purpose Assault Shotgun
-8 barreled, 1 gauge automatic shotgun
-Equipped with nanoforges for virtually unlimited ammunition
-cyclone action (spin gun around fingers to reload), semi-auto and full auto
Pax SMG
-Compressed light automatic weapon
-For a normal Pax this would be considered in the carbine size, due to Jian's height (9 feet tall) it is more a machine pistol
Hardlight Dragon head guillotine
Weapon Coffin
-Main gun is a 1C tripled barrel gatling gun
-Under barreled shotgun and grenade launcher
Demon head Flying Guillotine
-Self guided flying blades of death
-Can fly onto heads of enemies to behead them
-Make a horrible undulating sound when flying to strike fear into enemies
Other Dakka (guns) and cutlery (melee weapons)...
Powers:
Armillary cloth
-Power Jian is first able to manifest
-Flame based projections that act as whips or binding chains
Immunity from extreme temperatures
Immunity from flammability
-Short burst of speed causing a fiery trail

Aeor Elite
One of the many alien races opposing the humans in the Aeternam universe.
Uplifted from a small tree dwelling species, these aliens quickly became the praetorian guards of the Aeternam.
They were granted many privileges such as acting as lieutenants in the overall command structure of the Aeternam empire and most importantly given access to create daughter species as they saw fit (covered later).
The basic Aeor is known as an "Elite". Possessing 7 limbs they were adept at having every limb either getting a weapon ready, attacking with a weapon or used for locomotion. Their mode of locomotion could best be described as limbs flailing in chaos, this made them a very hard target to hit. Due to the freedom needed for the limbs, Aeor forces relied more on their speed and agility then heavy armor or shielding.

Have not posted anything mecha related in a while.
I found myself suddenly coming off a creative binge that lasted 18 years, 18 years that looking back on it were some of my most productive. It feels it was my minds way of keeping me sane or was an outlet for something.
AI art happened and I tried dabbling in that with less then satisfactory results. This has been the running theme for the last two years, a unsatisfactory feeling towards trying to dive into something.
To that end instead of throwing stuff at my figurative wall and seeing what sticks, I'll try throwing stuff on this figurative wall and seeing what sticks. Maybe seeing it in writing will spark something, at the very least it will satisfy my need of putting something creative out into the interwebs.

We live in absurd times. All I can do is note the absurdities as they come along.
Rather than noting the ones that terrify me (like Trump's cabinet), I'm just going to start here:
The Onion buys Alex Jones's conspiracy site Infowars at bankruptcy auction
In a post published Thursday entitled, Here's Why I Decided To Buy Infowars by Bryce P. Tetraeder, Global Tetrahedron CEO, the fictitious Tetraeder writes that Infowars "has distinguished itself as an invaluable tool for brainwashing and controlling the masses."
"No price would be too high for such a cornucopia of malleable assets and minds," Tetraeder writes, celebrating "the continued consolidation of power and capital."
