- There's only one way to resolve Percy's poor situation. To bad he'll never go for it. It involves a hatchet, or a baseball bat if you prefer. A lot of shoulder strength, and a wood chipping machine. a river to wash everything clean. Or a really powerful furnace, take your pick. Mix them all together and add a little teeny bit of primal rage, and you've got no more curfew...
Either that or convince his mom he should host it there. Then he can't possibly break his curfew.

Well, you could say that you're going to an all weekend study marathon since you're the "smart brown friend who's going into medicine" line?

- Okay, here's what an online discussion forum should be all about. I have until noon tomorrow to come up with a convincing argument for Percy's mom to get him out past 11:30 for his birthday (which I believe will be at Scruffy Murphy's around 8-8:30, but I'll call you folks later.) I already have the "if you don't, he'll resent you," but I feel that might be a little harsh, particularly if we ever want to see him again.
Ideas?

- Pam - which puppy? Poor girl.
Par - We could just promise to have him back and then forget. But then we'd probably
never ever see him again. Worked on my dad though. Maybe we should start acting all
surprised and shocked whenever his parents mention a curfew. Or we could just ask. None
of these are good ideas, sorry.
