we just uncovered the most bizarre collection of travel stuff from my great aunt, including photos (i'll post some later) of her trip to Spain and Morocco in '69, and a travelogue from a friend of hers, of the same era... full of the funniest, most obnoxiously white, west-centric, ignorant stories ever. it's so un-pc you can't help but laugh. then again, i'm sure it was okay in '69. her life was anything but mundane, and i'm sure being a single female (spinster??) in the late 60's would've been an adventure no matter what... never mind all the rest of her life story...
