For future reference, if you mouseover the quote on the top right there you'll get the quotee, but this one's from the 1984 hit film The Muppets Take Manhattan. Kermit is trying to sell their show by pretending to be a well-connected agent visiting a broadway producer named Leonard Winesop (played by John Landis). Also, I think he's cross-dressing, but it's hard to say.
(The line before Kermit busts into the guy's office is him on the phone asking "What? A frog with an afro?" Classic.)
