Ha-meh... Just depends on perspective on what you want to label objects and interpretation of the natural occurence around you. In other words it doesn't matter in the long run what we consider or don't consider as planets. When the big crunch hits it's all gone anyways.

Pluto should not have ever been a planet in the first place. Those dudes are just pissed kuz they weren't at the fuckin' meeting and they're afraid of proper change. I like the image included in that article though:



For ONCE, Ceres is beginning to get some attention. It is far closer to a planet than Pluto ever was, and yet even though every kid in elementary school can tell you about Pluto, they've never heard of Ceres. That is propagandist bullshit.

So on monday I've got a meeting with this guy to talk about me doing the graphics for a new video-game his company has in development.

FUCKSYEAH.

To start out I'm just going to be working part-time, but if things look good I'll be going full-time. I sure hope I don't screw this up, I really, REALLY would love to quit my current job, but it's still too early in the game to do so yet.

Strangely, the Journal's review numerically judges the play to be good (3/5), but not so much in writing. Apparently Samantha's yelling really got to Sandra Sperounes.

I'd say it's well worth going to, though, and I'd venture that most of the people who came out last night would agree.

I heard the convention was over, and the only real change to be made was Pluto being dropped as a planet. Ceres and three other planets beyond pluto's orbit were also being considered "upgraded" to planet status, but this was not ratified.
