So is he now forced to keep the chin strip? I mean, the refs already signal penalties to him by rubbing that area on their chins. And he's barely recognizable in this picture:

well I think I know what impaired driving is like. more or less... fuck, I am way too sick to be on the roads. (all 10 minutes that I was were really more than enough) so much for trying to get to work for the afternoon. I'm going to go sleep now.

I feel so bad for supposedly ditching work two days in a row (i'm sure my mom would say that), but like hell I could do anything anyway, we're planting trees, lifting things - ha! - and carrying stuff, not such good options for me right now. And even if I was to sit on my butt and enter numbers, I'd probably pass out. I am so dizzy. Thankfully the compy at home doesn't have a flickering monitor... but even this is starting to make me ill.

well, Go Oilers Go! if I'm coherent enough, maybe I'll listen to the radio. happy Thursday everyone. i hope you're all faring much better than me.

While Rick Mercer might not like the federal government very much... I think it's misguided to call them a bunch of pricks over the flag issue. I think alot of the flag/coffin-plane issue is media sensationalism anyways.

If Rick really wanted to write about something that makes the feds look like pricks... he could have written about this:

Shock jock monitors CRTC

Somehow it's easier to picture smarmy grins on the faces of certain government and opposition MP's faces over this issue.
