A new PC government will also introduce a new Teacher Tax Credit of up to $500 a year. Everyteacher goes above and beyond for students in their classrooms, and this tax credit will recognize the exceptional contributions of Alberta teachers, who exceed the requirements of the job, both in terms of contributing time and financial resources – like stepping in to buy lunch for a student who has forgotten theirs at home, or building a learning environment in the classroom that is more personal, and that helps children learn and experience a happy environment.

I think Rick Olcyk will be noticeably absent from the Oilers front office next year. And hey, we all make mistakes on the job, but when unpaid bloggers understand the league's collective bargaining agreement more than the guy whose job is being an expert on same, not good. I wonder why he's in the NHL and not working as a lawyer...

If the Oilers finish worst in the league since 2004, does that mean they get the first-overall pick in the management draft? Because the prospects in that department are underperforming rather significantly. They could really use a superstar. Or a star. Or a halfway competent bag of pucks.
