I think Rick Olcyk will be noticeably absent from the Oilers front office next year. And hey, we all make mistakes on the job, but when unpaid bloggers understand the league's collective bargaining agreement more than the guy whose job is being an expert on same, not good. If the Oilers finish worst in the league since 2004, does that mean they get the first-overall pick in the management draft? Because the prospects in that department are underperforming rather significantly. They could really use a superstar. Or a star. Or a halfway competent bag of pucks.
