Hmm... have we been brainwashed into thinking the wing is the high end must eat part of the chicken? Like lobster the cockroach of the sea which is now considered high cuisine or even oysters the king of bottom dweller shell fish. Well I can see people not liking the whole bone deal, but then you would just be eating chicken nuggets wouldn't you? I don't want to think I'm a wing purist but nay I say to these boneless chicken "wings", it's wings or nothing... well not nothing but if I'm going to eat wings I want to eat wings.
