true, but one must absorb some of it, it doesn't all just go straight through... does it?

There is a difference between exposure to radiation and emission of radiation.
That said, it's not as though we give people a whole tonne of CT scans on a regular basis.

did you know a head CT scan exposes you to 15 times more radiation than a chest x-ray? whoa.

So...
The Princess is playing two movies I REALLY want to see right now...
If anyone is interested in joining me in the next week-ish, they are encouraged to say something soon.
The movies are:
I'm Not There about Bob Dylan
and
Persepolis Hint, hint, Jess! (if you haven't had enough of me already, that is)

I wish more people would follow that train of thought. All the music I've downloaded I have subsequently gone out and bought the actual album. It's just unfortunate that people take the try-before-you process a litle too far and don't pay for their appreciation of your work. They just outright take what they want and after saying they didn't enjoy it they don't delete it.
As for torrent I can see that being a problem for people who don't have a torrent application or for real rare stuff. Unfortunately that means most of the music I download has to be found other ways.

I would suppose it IS stealing if you subsequently download from the links you find. Otherwise, no.
As for the torrent, I didn't want to assume we were all torrent capable here. I know some people still are not (though for the life of me I don't know why).
However, sometimes even with torrents you gotta resort to the file upload sites to find the rare stuff.
Also, from a moral standpoint I don't feel too bad pointing you in the direction of these links as I truly believe there is merit in the try-before-you-buy process (not that I'm condoning straight up stealing which I am not). In fact, Champion City Records' newest release uses that very model. You can use paypal to make a donation (for whatever amount you wish to donate) for the album (and if you donate over $12 we'll mail you the physical album). So yes, you can download the album for free if you wish, but we're hoping you'll like it enough that you'll be willing to throw us a few dollars in return.

Isn't finding links to a "file download" site considered "stealing"?
But yes torrents are the way to go if you are into "stealing".

Or you could use this. You know, if you're into stealing.
