I noticed that I have a bad habit of thinking about things that have nothing to do with what I'm studying. Suddenly I'll get to the end of the page and try to recall what I have read... but all I can recall is me thinking about making plans for other future activities.

For example, I will spend 10 minutes reading a few pages and not be able to recall anything I just read... but I will specifically recall ideas I had come up with for recording music better... or new ideas of things I should draw... or thoughts about how our band will change when Jeremy gets back... or deciding what day I'm least busy so that I can find time to pick up spraypaint. :( ...and I can't help but think of these things when they pop into my head!!!
