Some sweet news: I read in the paper that there's going to be a Pixies reunion tour with a stop here!! Even though it'll be at Red's, this would be one for the books, alright.

- hey Jere, are you going to Fernie? in the event that you do i'll send you my hipster-mix-care-package via someone going on the trip. if not i'll mail it out. thus far i've finished burning the Mos Def and Hip Hop shht to a total of 3 cds just of that genre. i think tommorow night'll be devoted to the screamo/emo stuff. i think you're either gonna love it or you're going to vomit from all this music. personally i'm hoping for a combination of both.
note: bumped into Gerling at the library today (yeah, word) apparently he's teaching at some High School now...Queen something. shhht.

- well, Jess, I shall try to be there for you.
depends on how the classes go tomorrow,
and how desperate I feel towards studying for my killer 3 exams on Thursday.
My exam today was part good and part gong show. Gotta love it!
*sigh*
only 3 more days until I'm done classes for reading week! Woo hoo!
(yes, I know, it's only Monday, but I don't have class on Friday, muahahaha!)

- wow, it's been a while, then again, I guess Oregon will do that to ya.
anyways, just a quick note, if I can get it up, we made a terry tate video for orientation, it's just as good as the originals, except that you get to see the uofa in it. but it's not on the net right now, but if I can get a copy, I'll post it.

Bender... Now With More Weapons of Mass Destruction

Speaking of robots, how about something completely unrelated?! I promise this to be the last word on the Super Bowl. It seems that (surprise, surprise), nipple piercings and ornaments, particularly shields are enjoying some great popularity. It seems that the exposure has been good for business (gwahahahahahahaha... ha.)
Also, :
Mmmmm.... Guinness
Finally, good luck to Jess on the poems (I'd like to make it, but the robot lab awaits), and congrats to Jere on the Rosslyn Cup (I expect to get my new Subaru by the end of the month). Alber... er... Arthrun, don't quit your day job (see gwahahahahahaha.)
