With Alison, it's nothing but complain, complain, complain. "The background is too dark, or too bright." "Paras is too authoritarian, or not authoritarian enough." "People breathe too much." "Nuclear bombs don't have a large enough blast radius." Nothing's ever good enough for you is it?

In other news, if you ever wanted to send a message in song (for example, to tell Paras that he uses "in other news" way too much), why not Let them sing it for you. Nothing like piecing together words from songs to make complete and incoherent messages for you.

Finally, in honour of the new tradition of the GMC Envoy XUV (the X stands for hardcore, but lovable), the new Ford Exorbitant:

Many environmental groups have voiced concerns over the Exorbitant's nuclear powered engine. "Gee, you make a car that doesn't run on gas and they still complain," responded Chairman William Clay Ford, Jr.

    autorefresh sucks!

had to say it, have you been sitting reading an e-mail on another browser page to suddenly be sucked into your web page yet? Well when you do, you'll know what I mean. Plus this incessant blinking (okay, I know, really slow blinking, but still) when nothing's being posted is just a little, um, frustrating.

    okay, that's all, thanks!

If you're tired of hitting 'refresh' every couple of minutes on the message board (although outside of me and maybe Beck, I can't think of anyone who actually watches this thing all day), worry no more. Auto-refresh here to save the day! Every two minutes, for your internet time-wasting pleasure!

    Here you go, Tony:

    Nintendo asks "Who Are You?"

This month Nintendo released a unique movie theater and television ad
campaign. The cinema ad, "School's Out," features young children
leaving school and running, ala Super Mario fashion, to the store to
buy the latest Nintendo creation. Television ads are the same, just
shorter versions, and are hyping the lastest Game Boy Advance game --
Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3.

The music heard in the ads is by Japanese artist, Mayumi Kojima. The
song is called "Hatsukoi" and is on the albums "Songs for the
Gentlemen" and "Me and My Monkey on the Moon," both currently
unavailable in the U.S. (Via the very resourceful Forums!)

No, there is reason to live everybody!! If only to live long enough to see me become legal drinking age in the old U.S. of A. On the twentieth I become a man at long last. No longer will I be nothing more than a mere boy. Vainly searching for acceptance. Instead, I will be one day older, and a lot drunker/hungover, depending on when you ask me how I am doing...

I like that, "Dec 18, Death, according to Ed." makes it somehow more official, or prophetic.
