the invite screen will show up on my screen and we can party.

This might help.
I think the basic problem is that their PP sucks, and Gerber sucks. The PP was -2 at one point this season.
The PP will get better. Gerber? Remains to be seen. If not, look for Giguere/Bryzgalov/Toskala/Nabokov or someone to make it there some time this season.
