WTF!? He is riding a Honda CBR600RR which does not come with cruise control of any sort and he:
1)Able to keep the bike moving without stalling even though for many parts of it his hand was not on the throttle and was relying on pure momentum to keep the bike going.
2)Balanced the cup as he was juggling with both hands as he was riding and did not spill a drop.
3)Made a turn with one hand once again not spilling anything.
4)Got the cup with his throttle hand (see point 1)
5)Passed it back to the lady with his throttle hand.
Well looks like Al will need some more practice.

We all know that "Happy Birthday To You" is copyrighted, and that it doesn't show up in movies because it costs money to license. Right?
Well, there's some question about whether the original copyright was valid, whether the holder failed to renew it, and whether it's more narrowly defined than they pretend it is. But it wasn't worth anyone's money to fight the copyright holders, Warner.
Except someone is fighting them:
The creatively named Good Morning to You Productions, a documentary film company planning a film about the song Happy Birthday, has now filed a lawsuit concerning the copyright of Happy Birthday and are seeking to force Warner/Chappell to return the millions of dollars it has collected over the years. That's going to make this an interesting case.
