Thanks Albert, the feelings mutual.

Good news though, you still have time to find your soul mate!

Well following in tradition for end of world rants here we go.

I want to say to all of you that it was an honour and a pleasure to call of you my friends. If I could come back again I don't think I could find another group of such wonderful friends.

If I have one regret is that if the world does end tomorrow that I was never able to find my soul mate. All the things I have done in this life don't amount to much if I don't have someone to share it with.

End rant

Agreed re: Turing.

Par, I figured out what toString is - it's being thrown by embedded youtube videos for some reason. So it's unrelated to dyp, just manifesting here when a video is present.

Thanks for the education Par! Knew about what Turing did for mathmatics and computers, did not know about the harsh treatment he recieved.

This, yes, a million times.

There's been a lot about the underappreciation of Nikola Tesla recently, thanks to The Oatmeal, but in terms of the ratio of contribution to society to gross injustice, Alan Turing is a scientist who deserves far better. If you don't know, you have to listen to this episode of Radiolab immediately.

Pretty good, but also an uncredited homage to the original office enforcer, Terry Tate . "That's a long-distance call, DOUG."

Excellent t-shirt.

I stumbled across a song that I think everyone here will enjoy. ... just give it a listen (all the way to the end).

I always forget about Tim Minchin's comedic songs.
