Grumble...
I was informed via e-mail that I administered "death by powerpoint" the other day.
... which was more true of the first presenter than me, but I honestly don't understand HOW you can present a document without going through and direct-quoting specific paragraphs. If the critical audience member had really listened, he would have noticed that we were saying a lot MORE than what was on the slides, but that yes, we did say what was on the slides, as well.
What can you do differently when you're talking about standards and contaminant reporting requirements anyway? Sing and dance? Show photos? ... of what? grr.

sorry.

Nope preserving agent in the canning process. It is called Thalamite green which is a carcinogen.
About work taking evening away, well personally I try to keep it at a minimum unless a project comes up that needs to be finished. Otherwise you wake up one day and notice that you are the first to get there and the cleaning staff regard you as a second child or something. All about balance which is easier said then done. Keep on struggling fellow cubicle zombies.

Albert, why is it banned? Is the fish endangered?
My job has eaten my life. I didn't even notice it happening, and then suddenly I had absolutely zero free time. Next week, four of my evenings are being swallowed by work. wtf?
