The Dutch and Belgians have made a spoof on the US Transportation Security body scanners that's quite entertaining. Instead of making x-ray scans of the people passing through, the thing compares facial physiognomy to a database of notorious/famous people and then airs all their dirty laundry over a loudspeaker.
Physiognomic Scrutinizer. It looks like pure hilarity and social commentary rolled together.

-I seriously must be living in some privileged neighborhood or someone knows how to grease some palms around here... I just saw a grader clear the very, very miniscule amount of snow from the roads. Plus it was super packed down so driving was actually pretty decent.

Thanks for the suggestions, folks. It should help liven up the playlist.

And Beck, even though I know you were writing about the XKCD comic, I think "At Home With the Heisenbergs" could make for a good album title. Well, maybe...hmm...now I'm not sure...

I'm definately with Tony on "High Velvet." Runners up, in no particular order: "So Runs the World Away" by Josh Ritter, "Transferance" by Spoon, and Jakob Dylan's "Women and Country."

Having said that, there's an excellent chance that I haven't heard anything that was released past summer.
