Well, I die either way, but with option 1 I have the opportunity to restart life. I'll still take #1.

Not sure if anyone would seriously choose #2. I'm taking option 1.

Definitely #1.
#2 feels like the neverending story though... (minus the lack of ability to do anything and/or scream etc.)
p.s. thanks Beck! I have the red squiggly again! yay! (I just had to add a dictionary, it apparently didn't know what words WERE wrong!)
p.p.s. exclamation mark quota for July 6 = met. yay! :P

Al: Yeah, I'd have to go with the first scenario as well. I mean, it's one thing to be denied recognition, but a very different thing to be denied your whole plane of existence! (Is this going to be worked into a mecha narrative?)
Beck: Yeah, you're right. Better to be safe than have one's keyboard reduced to a plastic blob!

If you only had these 2 choices which one would you choose?:
1) You will die immediately but the stabiltiy of this reality would be maintained, all life would be erased but in another 1 million years life will appear again. Your sacrifice will not be remembered(sp?), no one will sing songs or write stories of what you have done.
2)You will constantly be on the run to stay ahead of the approaching chaos which will eventually render this reality into a pool of writhing, unstable, protoplasm. No sentient life as we know it can ever be maintained in this instability. Once the chaos has consumed you you won't die. However you can't think, can't act, can't scream. You'll be a drifting phantom with only enough awareness to know of your failure which you'll be reminded of constantly for eternity.
And go!
