Wasn't base 12 math the basis for mathmatics leading to teleportation technology in Battlefield Earth?

Anyone? Anyone? No one saw the movie?

The next evolution of man arrives!

Better brush up on your base-12 mathematics, normals.

-I think when things are do or die, everything or nothing, for all the cookies and quarters it just is more compelling to watch. Example Heroes, save the cheerleader save the world, a compelling watch. Now nothing, just Marvel comics Civil war ripoff, I hope Marvel sues!

-Watchmen is awesome though I'm perplexed who's graphic novel I borrowed, I had it for a few weeks and then poof it disappeared. Haven't heard anyone cry foul so I assumed I returned it to the rightful owner.

-There are incidents in your life which will mold your very being for the rest of your life... There is one which explains my weird facination with leather jackets, 2 door sport coupes, and cleaning your car's window with snow...? I'll tell you when your older.

While I'm posting random observations:

  • I Love Katamari for the ipod touch is mind-blasting
  • Watchmen is an awesome book, I need to read it again right away, and while there's no way that the movie can live up to it, I keep watching the trailers over and over because the guy who does Rorschach's voice is absolutely perfect.
  • My cat's breath smells like cat food

Is anyone watching this season of Battlestar? This past week's episode seems to have been the only one in a long time that was remotely compelling to watch, and even so, I wasn't quite sure whose side I should be on. Does this show only work when the fate of everything hangs in the balance? That seems to be the only conclusion I've been able to draw...

I'd say I did way better the second time through. And now, at least, I know some of the former Soviet republics better.

Although I didn't think that Morocco counted as part of the Middle East.

And then take it again to see if you learnt anything. I'm not convinced of its potential as teaching tool. Let me know if you learn some.
