The first part of that clip sounds kinda like MIA's track "Boyz". Is this where she got the rhythm and such from?

I like how the only dude in the whole video wearing a turban is the cab driver. Is that racist? hahahaha
What the hell was with the Sister Act shit and all the american flags? That was a terrible, terrible video.
This is still my favourite:

Hey all! I am in Dubai and while Africa was fascinating and beautiful and just generally super cool I am happy to be back where the per capita income is a touch higher because that is really hard to see day in and day out. I think this is where people get more involved in charity work (but the majority of people just go home and forget about it. Or at least not think about it.)
I did indeed make it to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro and that was beautiful. I think that's the last of the 7 peaks I attempt though. Walking *down* a slight slope at that altitude still leaves you out of breath. 6 of the 8 of us made it to the top, one walked back down because of headache and upset stomach and one had to be carried halfway down the mountain in a stretcher. Which is even more scary as she remembers almost nothing of the 24 or so hours she spent at her highest altitude and she really didn't seem that sick to us at the time. I saw lots of animals on safari. Tomorrow we are going to ride camals in the desert, which sounded like more fun before I realized what 45 degrees actually feels like. I think this is going to end in some heat stroke for me (or sunstroke, whichever is the one where you get dizzy and sick feeling and not the one where you might die. I always forget). Then off to London for four days then home!
Hope you're all having a good August. I kinda feel like it's still July in Edmonton, even though it's August here, and that I still have a good month or so of summer left for when I get home. That's gonna be a shock!
Happy Birthday to Jesse and Al and happy anniversay to Matt and Keri.

There is a movie tonight at Paras's house. 8:30. Andy's choice. Sorry about the late notice, but I just got home. Also, if there's a realtor at the house, just wait a bit (or kick her in the groin -- up to you.)

Hey Good Al,
From where I sit this is my take on your birthday message to your evil self. No, you don't have to be more mature, Yes, you need to stop worrying about what others think of you. Yes, stay healthy. It's never too late to build muscle. You could have a killer 6 pack!! You've got the right body type for that sorta thing. Yes , play your guitar more, but don't stress over it. Keep at the Capoeira. From what I saw you do at Jere and Dana's wedding, you've got the knack for it. As for the love thing, if you want it, it'll happen, but you can't just wait for it. Action man! I am by no means an expert in the area (still single), but I've never gotten very far by doing nothing. Be prepared to fall. No risk often comes with no gain. Have faith, and be happy. You are a class act. Remember that. Things will fall into place. Sometimes how we planned them, but usually, in some completely unexpected, and probably a better way.
and what is Evil Al's advice to Good Al?
