hello again,

it's concert announcement time once more... (aka I'm looking for people interested in joining me):

Hayden, 9 Feb, McDougall United Church, $22.50

Xavier Rudd 15 Feb, Winspear Centre, tickets are $27 or $34.50 depending on where you sit

Josh Ritter with Emm Gryner, 27 Feb, Myer Horowitz, $24.50

let me know if any of those three pique your interest.

and Andy, seriously, the Darjeeling Limited can't be playing for much longer, so when are you free to see that movie? lemme know!

I love how Glenn Beck is so incredulous with him, but he's so serious when he interviews, say, Dinesh "We were attacked on 9/11 because they hate the American Left" D'Souza or raises fears about "godless socialism." What a guy.

(Also, it must be a really special universal nexus point where motorcycling, Santa Claus and knitting meet.)

yes!

no shoeboxes for me!
that's good to know. I wondered because I can remember being given little cards listing the shots I'd been administered at various points. It kind-of makes me feel old to think about it in terms of us being the few years that dealt with the transition from paper to computer records. haha!
