How long have you had the phone, Al?
And why won't my f-ing printer print???? The computer recognizes it and says that it is 'Ready'. Grrrrrr.
But our computers, internet, and router all finally work. And I got my little mini-tackroom started - yay! :) And I filled my freezer with free wild meat from my Dad's freezer - free and yummy. I think I'm going to take a break from swearing at my printer, go make popcorn and listen to Harry Potter on tape (this really excellent British guy reads - he's great).
Hope y'all had a good night.

But Telus sourced out and contracted the phone. It shouldn't be the buyers full responsibility to insure that a product works absoultely perfectly. If the phone or product is faulty then the company you purchased it from should help you with your problem. They should either repair it or replace it not leave it up to the consumer. That being said the phone may be faulty one of those things you can't avoid in manufacturing products (they were made by humans weren't they? We aren't perfect so why do we expect the products we make to be perfect?) but how is a consumer suppose to determine this? All the internet reviews give this phone a very high rating for dependability and durability. The only complaint I could find was for battery life. All the people I know who own this phone also give a favourable impression of this product. That being said the only entity you can blame guilt free is Telus.
And yes I have too much free time.

Whose bright idea was it to have Windows XP just restart after a major error without letting you get any diagnostic information? How fucking useless is that?
