- Hey Beck, good to have you back. The Oilers were starting to get too confident. I never would have guessed you were rocking it out with Gandhi, especially considering that you spell it as well as any Englishman I've seen (Yes! Only twenty minutes and TWO shots at Beck!)
...
Anyway, back to watching little blue and yellow dots play soccer.

- Well we're back, so what's the first thing I do?
Grace this message board with my presence of course!
So I took that test-a-ma-thingy that Alison posted and it just happens that I'm rocking it out with Ghandi.
Odd... I would never have guessed

Does anyone know who does that ultra-catchy Japanese jazz song that's featured in the ad for the new Mario Bros. game?

- For the record, I was the same as Percy (Leftist liberal), but I thought that Authoritarian Right (the complete opposite, no less) would go much better with changing people's posts to make the links work.
- If you are ever doubtful as to your fortunes in the afterlife, why not get a T-shirt and Certificate to guarantee your place in Heaven? BuyIntoHeaven.com offers just that opportunity. Complete with money-back guarantee!
- And once again in the vein of somewhat useless research, a couple of professors (I assume, I'm not entirely sure) have created an algorithm that calculates the winners of Presidential elections. The formula involves generating a score for each President/Vice-President team based on gubernatorial (I love that word), senatorial, and presidential experience, military service, marital status, etc. This formula has been fitted to the elections of the past and will be put to the test this year. Check it out.
A couple of interesting links today:

- one last thing:
Pardon me, Paras, but did you say Authoritarian Right??? what the hell? Even bigger "what the hell" than P. How did you get that, and how did you figure no one represented you when the AR quadrant has the largest selection of politicians (Hitler, Thatcher, Blair, Sharon, Bush, Shroder etc.) I'm actually hoping you're not there and instead are in the Libertarian Right... I just can't be friends with a facist! (I know, they're not all facist, but some of them definitely have facist leanings) And if you're in the LR box, there was one representative: Friedman (whoever he is... sorry, don't really know everything, just pretend to) so you aren't alone, regardless of what quadrant you're in... but please don't be a facist! That just won't do.
Mind you, facist has a nice sound to it, and doesn't sound the way it's spelled, which makes it a neat word, and I don't mind typing it (facist facist facist facist facist facist facist), but that still is no excuse for being one! Okay, I know, getting weird NOW, so I will go. You facist! :)

- super!!! :) I'm so happy this honeymoon has worked out for you two. I really hope you enjoyed it!
and on another note... you're not sure to feel dirty or not, P? what the hell (and what's so dirty about it)? apparently i'm further libertarian left than Gandhi, Mandela and the Dalai Lama... hmm... at least it's good company. not that it makes full sense to me... does this mean I'm close to anarchy? freedom and individuality... pretty close...
maybe I need to stop using triple periods to separate thoughts... it's getting to be a bit much, don't you think?

- Hi!
okay, so first off... Yes, Scotty, I said yes to legalizing pot. so there!
and most importantly, Keri, I would love to join you and Beck in your big celebration. And umm... what was I going to say??? hmm... forgotten. oh well. I'm looking forward to it, sorry I didn't respond sooner, I was talking about it just yesterday and it completely slipped my mind. But I'm coming for sure.
(by the way, it's Alison - so that no one else can lay claim to being the second to respond on here)

- hi everyone
we have to be quick because we only have five minutes left and we are going to the matrix.
Just wanted to thank you all again for sending us here, it is very beautiful and we love the jucuzzi and hate ergonomically designed keyboards. We are both sick as dogs but are enjoying ourselves anyway, plus we are getting better and should be 100% by the time we have to leave. The hotel is great, except that they seem to think we need housekeeping every 10min, not so private for a honeymoon though ;).
Out of time

- Consider me in for the Hot Hot Heat show. If it's anything like last night's show...
As for the political test, it considers me to be libertarian left, about where Nelson Mandela is.
