As a follow-up: BP - spreading wealth around
They've already dropped by 40% of their coroprate worth... takeover is imminent, according to my boss. ... or bankruptcy (as some are talking), what do you think? When $75 billion is 40% of your corporate worth, you still have a lot of money to play with. This is going to be interesting.

Awesome video Par!
BP and Haliburton weren't at the Oil show this year. Guess who's company was the big man on campus this year...

I don't think I believe that count, Matty. Those "ehs" were hardly audible a good 2/3 of the time, some sounded more like "uh" and they didn't seem to come from him when he was talking (i.e. his mouth was closed or he was in the midst of drawing air... more like someone else was giving a voice-over grunt with the occaisonal real 'eh' thrown in for legitimacy).
It was more like he had a really minor tourette's grunt issue, not some goal of saying "eh" the most. The way he did it, it also seemed like he was prompting the audience for laughter by making that grunt noise. I'm unimpressed, and I don't think the average canuck who says "eh" is drawing it from people like him. ... but that's just my opinion.
p.s. Par, that's an awesome video. I HAVE to send that to my coworkers.

p.s. I still cannot believe this is an actual quote from BP:
The Gulf of Mexico is a very big ocean. The amount of volume of oil and dispersant we are putting into it is tiny in relation to the total water volume.
